The title of the book seems unrelated the diet plan itself. To me the main emphasis appears to be on eliminating salt from your diet. This is supposed to make the food less appealing, but I think the main thing it will do is keep you from retaining water which will cause you to lose water weight in the first week. I was not impressed.
